Shipping Policy
At Monarch Press Collections, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to a number of customers across the United States, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times. Thank you for being here!
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Local Dropoff
Local drop off is available to those 20 miles or less from the town of Meredith, NH. If your are outside of that range, shipping is available.
Deliveries are made from 2 - 7pm Monday - Thursday, with the occasional weekend delivery. We will contact you via email, with the email you provided at checkout, to set up a delivery time, and notify you on the day of our arrival.

Rates are based on your customer’s address and weight and dimensions of their order.
Duration of Shipping
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by the consumers choice. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Handling Time
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Unless otherwise stated on our Home page.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at monarchpresscollections@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
